Besides, providing microfinance services to the doorsteps of the deprived communities, SWBBL has lots of program/projects associated with the social responsibility. SWBBL is providing services with extra endeavors to its clients when they face difficulties from different natural calamities. It is giving continuation to impart environment awareness campaign, health camp, distribution of educational goods and physical infrastructure to the students and schools, involvement and put hand to hand in different social works in community etc. SWBBL has separate policy to embark such programs for the benefit of community and people.
SWBBL has been providing non-financial services to its members. These services have been found very effective as well as useful from different point of views, such as creating awareness, building capacity and confidence, developing entrepreneurship skills, building leadership and management capacity of the members. SWBBL has separate policy to embark such programs for the benefit of clients. It will provides various relief package to those client who are affected by natural calamities such as earth quake, landslide, flood, fire etc. Besides that, SWBBL will conduct various livelihood developments, value chain development and financial literacy program will be conducted.
